Printing Press Operator and Publisher: The Misconception of Graphic Design Students in Technical Universities in Ghana

The study concerned itself with the exploration of misconception held by Graphic Design students in Technical Universities, particular emphasis on Takoradi University (TTU) and, to some extent, Arts/Printing Press Practitioners Ghana that a printing press operator (a printer) and publisher are same meaning work or can be used interchangeably connote same. objectives were to: 
 Identify who is; Find out differences between publisher, Draw workflow chart conclusions based prospects changing narrative among Universities was carried at Department Technology, Faculty Applied Arts Technology (FAAT), TTU, Ghana. An expert purposive sampling technique adopted. research design employed qualitative approach since nature required heavy reliance upon extensive observation, document reviews, verbal data from Practitioners, course lecturers, experts well-versed publishing activities, resulted non-numerical data. Data for gathered two main sources: Primary – through interaction observation sources, Secondary literary sources
